Jon M. Lay is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music where he earned his Bachelor’s of Music in Film Scoring and Music Education. He teaches music at Silver Lake Regional High School in Kingston, Massachusetts where he directs the Guitar Ensemble and Concert Men’s Choir as well as teaching music technology, guitar, and marching band. He has also composed music for a wide variety of musical ensembles including music for full orchestra, concert band, chorus, rock groups, small ensembles and synthesizers. He has done sound effects and music for video games, movies, and animation including two Curious George video games, the documentary film High, Fast, and Wonderful, and Calories by Rachel Maguire.
